The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated right on a man-made lake. Guests can enjoy beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the lakeside. the hotel is conveniently located next to a lake, which is used by a boating club based next door, providing guests with the opportunity to engage in water activities.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can get quite warm as there is no air conditioning, only a fan which can be noisy.

The location was in front of everything we wanted to do. Located within a walk to Caldecotte Lake, which is about 500 feet away. Interesting place for a city break in Milton Keynes.

The hotel is situated by a beautiful lake, offering a fantastic view from the rooms. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The attached restaurant provided an excellent range of food at reasonable prices.

The WiFi was very unreliable and constantly disconnected, which was frustrating. the temperature control in the room was also a problem, as the heating only worked for a short time before shutting off, leaving the room cold.

Great location, close to main attractions and easy access to transportation. Good coffee and delicious breakfast options, perfect for a quick and easy breakfast before a long day of work and meetings. The room had good soundproofing, which allowed for a quiet sleep at night.

The room had a terrible smell, which was very unpleasant during my entire stay. The staff was not very helpful and seemed to be disinterested and unenthusiastic about their job.
